Pros
I have been with the company for 17 years now. I worked as an engineer at a smaller consulting company that was acquired by Tetra Tech. It is clear that most of the growth in the company has been through acquisitions, and they have a good process for making everyone feel a part of the larger company. They have competitive salaries and benefits, and take very good care of their employees.
Cons
At times the company can feel segregated - more like a network of smaller companies working together. However, that can also be a good thing since often small organizations can run more efficiently than larger ones.
