Pros
Most of the people working there are nice (not that bright), you can bank time (it is not at over time) but you can use it to take days off... which i think every company does...... i have to come up with 20 words and i cant.
Cons
Management lies to keep talent but then will get rid of them once projects are complete. Employees are just a number, there isn't any real connection between senior management and people. Support staff gets treated the worst, the Engineers are their only concern. Pay for support staff is lacking, they will refuse to give pay raises to support staff but will increase an engineers salary by 5%, while support staff barely gets .05%. The atmosphere is dull, they have had a lot of lay offs and they haven't tried to do anything to cheer up the atmosphere.
