Pros

Paid Training, Getting your CDL B, Pick your own schedule and routes, Can choose to be introverted and never talk to anyone or be a social butterfly with the other drivers, Easy to get pay raises. Willing to promote from within. If you're a student you get priority registration.

Cons

When you first start what routes and times can be very limited due to availability, Lower than average wage for the job, Having to deal with the crazies on the road/on the bus, occasionally some busses have maintenance issues.
