Pros

Pay and benefits are great, and opportunities are numerous and the products are industry leaders so it makes selling easy.

Cons

Be careful as you become an older worker and be sure to stay relevant as there is a tendency to be pushed out, if you're not.

Pros

Fun coworkers. Above average PTO

Cons

Layoffs- Don't think you're safe. There's always one around the corner. The NVIDIA tide is lifting all boats now but don't be surprise when they start cutting once the bubble pops. They were happy to keep hiring during the COVID chip shortage.. Profit sharing keeps effectively getting cut. Wouldn't really mind if they didn't keep promoting it when recruiting talent. Ad hoc criteria for WFH (HR is always watching).
