So much drama - Manufacturing Specialist Texas Instruments Employee Review

Pros

I like the fixed schedule and most of the people there are normal and decent people

Cons

As someone who doesn't get involved in any sort of drama, there seems to be a lot of backtalking done by not just my coworkers but even my leads and supervisors. If a supervisor has a problem with you, you will never hear it directly from the supervisor first. You will hear it from some random worker somewhere else.
