Illegal firing is 100% true. When the CFO finally realized he was wrong and management under him had lied to him about their misconduct, he told the innocent employee to report the illegal misconduct to HR. The management under him then conspired with HR to fire the employee before she could make her complaint. CEO and the head of HR are fully aware of this and have no issues with it. They congratulate themselves with getting away with it all. Bullying, smearing, and ignoring common decency are hallmarks in this c-suite.
