great work environment. the company is growing, they are taking on a lot of younger employees and there seems to be a lot of mobility between departments. management does a great job of incentivizing and mentoring junior employees.
Cons
there seems to be some rigidity in how the company does certain things that may not be the most efficient. certain procedures may not be the best way of going about things.
