Its ok if you want to be stressed

Pros

Salary is ok with ok benefits. No clock in and out (no over time). A lot of time off including parental leave for birth. If you want to start and learn that will only last about 1 year and I would suggest leaving. Depending on the manager it can be better experience. Salary raise happens every year and can be done based on performance if you out perform expectations. usually 3% increase per year and maximum salary increase was 5% my first year do to outperforming every engineer.

Cons

Fast pace with disorganization and pushing engineers to complete tasks for a short time frame causing errors. Poor documentation up keep and even worst Administration. Engineers do work of 3 other people at any given time causing unnecessary frustration and people finding cheats to ease the work load (not in a good way).

Very poor management

Pros

Literally the only good thing about them was that they offered more money than other companies I spoke to and they paid %80 of my bootcamp.

Cons

- We made projects but nobody used them because none of the managers had any idea what was going on. - Managers don't give you any documentation and tell you to 'do this project' with just one paragraph of information. And when you deliver they don't like it and they say 'I wanted this, that', how can I read your brain when you don't communicate with me? - Higher level managers always lie in the presentations. - I can add many more

Pros

Exceptional learning and growth opportunities – clear merit-based progression for those who consistently deliver. Personally progressed from Student Intern to Manager (IT), which reflects the organisation’s long-term investment in talent. Early-career global exposure – received international travel opportunities within the first couple of years purely based on performance. Strong leadership support and recognition for skill, ownership, and impact. Company-backed career development – support for higher education (e.g., master’s) while working. Competitive compensation growth tied to performance (including personal milestones achieved during tenure). Culture of accountability and ownership – high performers are recognised and rewarded. Leadership is approachable and generally evaluates situations from multiple perspectives before decisions.

Cons

Expectations can be high, especially for roles requiring ownership and consistent delivery. Career progression is performance-driven – may feel slower for those seeking rapid advancement without corresponding impact. Not the right fit for individuals expecting quick growth without sustained contribution or alignment to company standards.

Pros

The Pay was weekly, that’s the only pro

Cons

No good benefits Hours sucked. Pay was decent but low for it being the “air capital of the world”. No work life balance at all. You earn little to no pto/vacation when you start. Managers only really cared for themselves.
