Pros
I love the people I work with. They give you great opportunities across the company to network and really find what you enjoy doing. They have multiple work trips every year for LDP's where they pay for you to go to different Business Units and explore different companies and parts of the country. Benefits are great, 401k match is great at 9%, leave is good for starting employee at 15 days. certain BU's give different holidays like the week of Christmas off rather than just a few days that don't count toward vacation time. great for allowing people to move around laterally within and across BU's. LDP's get a guaranteed promotion to whatever each BU's version of "level 2" is no matter what. It comes with a pay raise.
Cons
Certainly could make more elsewhere. Depending on where they send you, your salary could be extremely low relative to the cost of living. Every engineering LDP makes the same amount except for electrical and computer engineers. But even their salary is low relative to the rest of the industry.
