Pros
Thales Academy has a wonderful sense of community. The families are engaged, supportive and appreciative of the teachers and experience that their children receive at the school. The teacher interactions are also friendly and supportive, and I have been blessed to work with such an amazing group of educators. The relationship with my administration has also been excellent. They are open to ideas and suggestions and work very hard to provide their staff with the tools and support they need to deliver excellent instruction. Tools and technology are in place to provide transparency in assignments and grading in order to cultivate a strong home-school connections.
Cons
As the school continues to grow in size, new technologies and procedures are being tested. These are a necessary part of growing this amazing learning environment and I do believe that the changes are positive and will continue to be improved and streamlined.
