Supportive families and good pay, but poor admin support

Small class sizes and (mostly) supportive families and parents. Pay was higher than most other schools.

Cons

Little to no support from higher admin. People running the network have no experience in the classroom. Being let go with no explanation and at any time they choose to do so.
