Pros

Love the schedule (year round rotation of 9 weeks in and three out). Strong Elementary school foundations.

Cons

The founder's view is that of a manufacturing operation. High volume/low cost over quality. too many kids in the classroom and too strict for the students and the teachers. A parent once asked how the school motivated me to come back. Not a lot to say there...

Fairly competitive pay, year-round schedule gives you 4 three to four week breaks throughout the year. Students are generally well-behaved.

Cons

Poor communication from admin; seemingly random changes in school policy with no warning or explanation. Every year I saw teachers whose contracts were not renewed despite never having any disciplinary issues and consistently positive observations; admin will refuse to give any explanation or reasoning for the nonrenewal if asked. Frequent turnover of admin--there have been 5 different heads of school in the last 5 years.
