-encouraging environment -passionate and driven colleagues who happen to be the best humans -fascinating work and dynamic industry -care for employees and their work-life balance -I cannot emphasize the people here enough - indeed a unique but essential element that makes everything as impressive as it is!
Cons
I don't have many cons to think of; it's an expanding organization with a start-up DNA. While we do have some growing pains to work through, I am excited at the bright horizons ahead!
