Pros

The parties, the people you work with, office environment

Cons

Disorganization. Disrespect and lack of communication. Drugs involved. It's a whole mess. Needs a complete reorganization of staff, style of work, and within the company overall.

Pros

Most of the people are great to work with. The partners and senior staff are very personable and friendly. The company culture is decent, for the most part. Pay is competitive. It's a great place to develop your skills and work at a high-profile company depending on the department you're in.

Cons

Lack of structure and communication from upper management is frustrating, even if you voice your needs and concerns to particular supervisors. They recently started implementing reviews for employees, but the turnover rate is still fairly high because they will fire an employee with no warning, write ups or reprimanding for the smallest mishaps. Management seems to lack the ability to properly assess employees and communicate areas of improvement, or discipline/reprimand employees for minor mistakes or mishaps. Some managers and directors are not fit for their roles, and there's lots of deceitfulness occurring behind the scenes. Even with reviews, raises and promotions are limited. There's minimal investment in current employees to advance their skills, along with very little transparency and honesty. It took them more than a year to hire someone in HR, so beforehand, if you had any HR-related issues, supervisors were your best bet to report anything to, but it seemed like they'd rather ignore the issue than seek out a resolution in a timely manner.

Pros

The Agency invests a lot into great parties and events- if you’re invited go and have fun! Snacks in the office are great too.

Cons

The Agency is stuck in start up mode. The staff leadership is young and inexperienced, which leads to a lot of back and forth and excessive work for low level employees. The managers are young and afraid to fight for their employees and it ends up lowering morale in the office. Most people don’t feel their work is valued.
