Pros
While offering a handful of awesome office spaces to work from, you are not required to go into the office. You can work from anywhere as long as you have wifi and that is really helpful! From your direct team managers all the way up to the owners, you are cared for and respected as a human and not just a number in the system. They are understanding that life happens and that work can be taken care of after we take care of ourselves. Everyone is also really friendly and cool to work with. They encourage you to ask questions and don't feel that any questions are "stupid". Transitioning from Triplemint into now The Agency, it is a fabulous place to work that offers a great work life/balance.
Cons
The only cons I can say are there are a lot of technical difficulties at the moment due to the merger, but it will be resolved in time. Otherwise, can't say much else.
