Pros
GovTact has all the benefits of a small company; inclusive culture, direct engagement from the leadership, great benefits(health care, PTO) and is lead not only by a group of people who care about the customers they support but the employees who support the customers. The company has reach back into a large government Integrator as well. This partnership will lead to growth and more opportunities in the company. I know, I was the first employee, and will be an employee again.
Cons
The only downside, was the number of contracts during my tenure. My program came to a sudden and unforeseen end because of a decision made by the government. At the time GovTact didn't have another opportunity fitting my skill set. The management team continue to pursue and add new contracts all the time, I have no doubt they will find a seat for me in the future.
