Pros

It hasn't gone out of business (yet)

Cons

It is a very toxic environment. Management and their consultants have no idea what they are doing. Literally the only thing they care about is cutting costs in any way, no matter how it hurts productivity. Layoffs are occurring regularly and will continue. There is zero communication. There is no transparency. Management is extremely dishonest and disingenuous. If you are here you will hate going to work every day.

Pros

Amynta is going through a major transformation, and it's a great time to be part of the journey. There are significant growth opportunities across departments, especially within IT. The CIO brings a clear, forward-thinking vision that is helping to modernize the company and position it for long-term success. The company is investing heavily in cloud transformation and security modernization, making it an exciting place for technology professionals. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and focused on results, which makes it a motivating environment to work in.

Cons

With rapid change comes some growing pains—processes and systems are still evolving, which can sometimes create short-term challenges. Additionally, the days can be very busy, especially during key transformation efforts. (This can be a pro or con depending on your personality)

Pros

The company and management were very supportive and flexible, especially when emergencies came up or when employees needed to transition to working from home on a permanent basis.

Cons

Management typically only reached out when something negative occurred, sometimes related to tasks employees had not been fully trained on. When additional training was requested, there was often resistance to providing it. During my years with the company, positive feedback from management was rare, even though the positive outcomes and successful work far outweighed the negative situations.
