This agency does the "bait and switch". The needs of the foster parent is of no interests to them. Everyone seems to be out for themselves with little support given to foster parent. The 'Christian" foundation is phony. More time spent on paperwork than on the needs of the children. Management is not qualified for the position. No follow through on the grandiose vision they espouse on their website. Creates additional trauma on children. Does not seem concerned with the quality of care the children receive. Forms, forms, forms! That is what this company is all about. DO NOT be a foster parent with this agency. There are better choices. Operating procedure for foster parents is burn them out, throw them out and get some more. Do as they say because any contrary opinion gets you blacklisted. That Bair Foundation's ship is sinking. Foster parents are leaving. This company needs better upper management.
