Terrible organization - Anonymous employee The Bair Foundation Employee Review

Terrible work environment. Director was an absolute tyrant. This company falsely believes that labor laws do not apply to them. Mandated by upper management to "lock employees in offices until work is finished, even if that is 3AM." Still expected to work by 8:30 the next day. Organization claims to be all about "God" and Jesus, however they must have skipped over the message of Jesus. Agency will kowngly place children in homes, which they know will not work.
