Pros

Absolutely amazing to work with the potential foster parents.

Cons

I was hired as a part-time Home Assessor with a salary of $400 for each home assessment. This salary was posted on Indeed. com, told to me during my 1st interview with the Recruiter and re-told to me during my 2nd interview with the Irving ,TX location Mgr. I inquired with the Mgr. is there a certain day I would receive pay. She replied. No, once you have submitted the home assessment and completed all corrections ( if any) that are required by the State Director. Well my 1st home study pay was approx. $107. reason as I inquired w/State Director that the family changed there mind about becoming foster parents therefore I would be paid approx. $7.25/7.50 per hr. 2nd & 3rd home study still awaiting pay and it has been over a month since I submitted the studies and was told by the State Director for the 2nd study no corrections needed by me & the 3rd study no corrections needed by me per the Mgr. Now I am forced to take legal action to receive my pay as calls & emails end with no results.
