      Pros

      The company's structure is strong and has the foundation to stand on. Higher paying for the industry, its reputable, and has great benefits. They care about their people and want the best (at least the company’s foundation and most of the team does).

      Cons

      You are HUSTLING for it at times, going for long hours on your feet and dealing with sometimes high standards and expectations. Dealing with upset guest and staff can be exhausting but that’s anywhere in the industry, especially management. If you get it, do yourself a favor and take lots of notes and buy supportive shoes. Good luck!

      Pros

      Good co-worker. They are fun and cheerful.

      Cons

      One of the manager doesn’t seem like she want to work. Every time I asked for help she will get annoyed.
