Pros

Decent starting salary Free parking Healthy initiatives

Cons

Slow-growing raises, no bonus availability due to too many variables to meet Poor benefits 80-20 with high OOP; decent HSA account after you have to go out of your way to receive "incentive credits" Promotions are NOT based on experience, skill etc; more who you know. Very clicky to say the least. Unprofessional management who do not control unprofessional employees. Do as we say not as we do mentality. Do not set the tone for consistent fair treatment whatsoever Lack of ongoing assurance of job skill, ongoing training that deals directly with job responsibilities. Provide random loads of information on team meeting calls.

Pros

Remote work, very understanding and kind management

Cons

Very complicated position, things outside of your control aren't taken into consideration when determining metrics so you're negatively impacted and it's really unfair. Equipment issues aren't taken seriously.
