Great company to work for. Lots of opportunities for growth. I really love working for Cigna, more than any company I've worked for. Work from home opportunity is a great, and makes the job feel more flexible. You work hard for Cigna because you really love Cigna, not because you have to. I highly recommend this company, that truly puts the value of the customer /patients first, which is something I did not expect from an insurance company.
Cons
Change. Always changing, and sometimes that can be hard to keep up with. The company is always growing, and changes its policies and programs quickly. This can be a plus, as there is no stagnation, and when there is an issue it is easily fixed and changed. Sometimes it can be a but much to keep up with... Always on your toes at Cigna.
