      Great company culture. Great training program. Great location in Philadelphia. Flexible working hours and work-from-home capability.

      Cons

      Not many downsides. We compete in a very tough market. Busy season can be tough, but the rest of the year is very manageable.

      Pros

      Remote work, very understanding and kind management

      Cons

      Very complicated position, things outside of your control aren't taken into consideration when determining metrics so you're negatively impacted and it's really unfair. Equipment issues aren't taken seriously.
