Pros
Work From Home, Scheduling Flexibility
Cons
Unrealistic expectations on employees, micromanagement, poor opportunity for advancement, poor pay, poor health benefits, poor retirement matching, unhappy culture, and high burn out. Every employee I know in this department has worked through their breaks and after hours even when overtime isn't available (i.e. employees didn't receive compensation for time worked in order to meet metrics). When unrealistic metrics aren't met, employees are let go (sometimes without much warning and in humiliating ways). Terrible work life balance. Diversity and inclusion doesnt include any anti-racism work. Senior leadership is mostly white men. Senior leadership held an LGBTQIA+ panel without including any LGBTQIA+ people and didn't take feedback & questions seriously. Leadership speaks poorly of and makes jokes about our customers using benefits for mental health/ illness. CEO townhalls are all lip service and no action. No opportunities for expanding skills that would be conducive to career growth. If you must accept a role here, leave as soon as you can.
