Pros
Helping appreciative customers with lovely personalities and compelling stories. Hearing how relieved and happy they sounded when I could actually fix a problem or get a claim paid for them.
Cons
Every single phone call is recorded and they have a dedicated team that listens to all phone calls and then provides very negative feedback and scoring on your performance. The standards they set for low call times and short wait times for the customers are impossible to meet. They also make insanely unrealistic rules about not being allowed to even discuss other parties' involvement or level of fault in mistakes that are made with customer claims. They set you up for failure. It's no wonder their turnover is through the roof. Just say no!
