Pros

Flexible hours and some good coworkers.

Cons

Sweatshop mentality in claims. Enough was never enough and an unsustainable production environment always pushing for more. Cigna put profits ahead of simple human decency, not uncommon in today's marketplace unfortunately.

Pros

Remote work, very understanding and kind management

Cons

Very complicated position, things outside of your control aren't taken into consideration when determining metrics so you're negatively impacted and it's really unfair. Equipment issues aren't taken seriously.
