Pros

The turnover rate for claims-quality auditor is low.

Cons

I work in client enablement as a Quality Auditor Lead. I started at 23/hour in 2022. People who came in after me made 24.00 because they bumped the pay. I have been there a year and a half in the department and am just now making a little over 24/hr. Cigna wants you to work your tail off during peak season (50-70 hours a week), but they choose not to reward you with a bump in pay. I got a measly .70 cent raise.

Pros

Good Benefits, flexible time off.

Cons

Treatment of employees is terrible. This year there has been 2 rounds of layoffs in my former department. The way employees were treated was in excuseable. I once had a good opinion of the company, no more. How the Accredo department treat patients is horrible! The training is too fast paced.
