Terrible Work Culture in KL Office - Claims Representative The Cigna Group Employee Review

Extremely terrible working culture where you are asked to work 8 hours full (exclude lunch) and they count every single minute you clocked in/out. If you are 1 minute late you would need to leave 1 minute later, but they often let you go for lunch later but there wasn't any replacement on that. No flexibility given, lower salary than market range, promised to have WFH options but wasn't given, they even constrain you from taking AL. Poor working culture.
