Pros
I’ve been with the Lighthouse for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best places I’ve worked. Leadership here really listens and makes you feel like your voice matters. They’re always reaching out for feedback, and it’s clear they’re willing to make changes to keep improving. Nobody’s perfect, and neither is any company, but the Lighthouse is always working to get better—for both the staff and the clients. The culture here is amazing. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and people genuinely support each other. It’s a place where people check in on each other, and the flexibility we have with scheduling really helps with work-life balance. The Lighthouse also invests in us with paid CEUs and gives clinicians the freedom to make decisions for our clients. It’s nice to feel trusted and encouraged to grow. Working here, I’ve seen firsthand how much they care about the impact we’re making. Clients feel supported, and we get to see the positive changes in their lives. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference, and it feels like everyone here genuinely cares. If you’re looking for a place that values people, listens, and is always trying to improve, I’d highly recommend the Lighthouse.
Cons
No place is perfect, but honestly, I can't think of any major downsides
