Pros

Companies mission to work with children, families and the community is embodied as well as the companies core values, which is why I've been here for so long. I've been able to develop and grow from non independent to independent clinician and am grateful for being able to take on new roles within the agency. The climate is one of community and teamwork and I am so grateful that I have been able to do the work that I do with my clients in a supportive and accountable environment. Cohesion is evident in my ability to be autonomous in managing my caseload while also getting high support and guidance in training, learning EPT and being grounded in my practice.

Pros

Team culture across all programs is amazing and collaborative which transcends into the work and commitment we have for those we serve. Continued career development and opportunities for growth within the agency is the cherry on top. The sense of pride everyone has to be part of this team is undeniable. I love being part of such a caring company that has been a cornerstone of community for over 30 years. Looking forward to watching it grow into an additional location in Rio Rancho in the Fall to extend the access to services across the area.

Pros

Management team and all other employees have been friendly and welcoming from the beginning and are great to work with. I enjoy what I do and I'm excited about the future of the company. Fast-paced work environment but not overwhelming. Great work/life balance and communication amongst all staff.
