Pros
-Some great people and friendships -Relaxed atmosphere -Was able to learn a lot in my position -Created safe, non-toxic products
Cons
-Extreme disconnect with two different office locations, confusing and unclear direction from unqualified management -Belgian company, so they seem to favor the Belgian employees -Because there are two different offices in NY, management didn't REALLY see what was happening, causing some employees to act as if they were higher up than they were. -TOTAL lack of communication
