Pros

Nice people for the most part.

Cons

Worst disjointed management I have seen in my career. Only concerned with bottom line, amazon and big box stores. Its like a beautiful book cover with a terribly confusing misrepresented storyline, with an awful end looming. HR is Useless. Some characters have redeeming qualities and some certainly do not. No transparency. Lots of untruths, cringeworthy.

Good Benefits, Perks, Nice Co-Workers, Generous 401k plan

Cons

Too much work and not enough people to do the work. Expectations to get the work done are impossible. we have only 1 copy writer who has been asking for help for 4 years. We have a VP whose the only one that can approve jobs and doesn't delegate and allow his two directors to take on some of his work.
