Terrible heavy workload. Project cannot achieve deadline if you are not overtime working every single day, even Sat and Sun. Although it is foreign based company , it is worst that working at factory or family business. messy workflow with no improvement. No database / system / Sop people not taking their own rule or responsibility with top management support. Office political for dept with less than 30 ppls is extremely high
