If you can grasp the concept of the work you're doing pretty quickly, you will succeed and the work will be rewarding. Their mission is pretty unique and always fosters communication with people curious about the field. Offers great benefits, PTO, and usually good work life balance.

Cons

It's sink or swim--either you get it or you don't. Most people tend to last only a year before quitting because the environment gets toxic the longer you're there. You get overworked and do not get compensated enough to make it worth it.
