Pros
Smart and capable employees with extremely positive work ethic. Employees care about each other.
Cons
No accountability from the CEO on concerns within the organization. Favoritism is rampant amongst the C-Suite, specifically the CEO, and instead of seeking balance, the favoritism increases when others voice descent or bring awareness. Core values of the organization are not exhibited by the CEO and solutions are more reactionary by the CEO than proactive. Turnover will continue until the CEO takes accountability for being the executive leader of the organization, actually hearing what employees are saying, and being a role model and example for a fair culture where all voices are heard and recognized. The finger-pointing culture at Geneva must end. It is toxic to the brand and does not lead to positive solutions.
