Be prepared to be thrown into the fire on day 1 with no formal training with multiple systems that not many seem to understand. The CEO is respected throughout but the majority of the rest of the leadership leaves much to be desired. There are people in leadership positions who seem to have no real understanding of the organization or a desire to be a positive force for change and instead, prefer to finger point at each other as the reason for high turnover. Overall, this presents real challenges for accomplishing the really meaningful work that the organization is charged with.
