Pros

Nursing staff works as a great team.

Cons

Short Staffed. Unsafe patient ratios. Half of ED staff nurses are travel RNs, they have major retention issues. Leadership is more concerned with minimizing patient waiting room times than maintaining safe nursing practices, a reasonable work environment, or quality/safe care for patients. Pay scale may be higher than some other hospitals in the area, but benefits are not as good. No fertility benefits. Saved $50,000 on IVF by moving to Inova.
