Pros

Fun workplace environment. The restaurant had many events. Diverse staff.

Cons

Paid $6/hr with tips split among waiters/waitresses which caused inconsistent pay. Communication between managers was shoddy. Breaks were not allowed unless you were working a double. I was hired as a part-time employee but worked full-time hours often.
