      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Serving veterans is an honor.

      Cons

      Poor management. No room for advancement. Lacks professionalism. QTC - the company IMA contracts with and who does much of your training is excellent and the best part of the job. IMA itself is horrible. Needs lots of work. In my office, most employees didn't last more than a year.

      This review is very unfortunate and not knowing which location is frustrating to address or respond to. IMA encourages all providers to communicate with our Provider Relations Team or HR as needed to address any concerns of this nature.

Proud to celebrate 20 wonderful years with IMA! Grateful for the opportunities to grow, learn, and be part of a team that feels like family. Working with people with disabilities has been deeply rewarding - it's taught me patience, empathy, and the true meaning of teamwork. Here's to continued success and many more years of making a difference together.

      Cons

      At times, workloads can be demanding- but teamwork makes it manageable. In general, none that take away from the many positives of being part of The IMA Group.
