Dr. David Pulver, IMA's President and CEO, is a Board Certified Internist with over thirty years of experience performing disability exams for Social Security Disability. Dr. Pulver has overseen IMA's growth from a single office in White Plains, NY in 1990, to its present status, with over 60 medical offices in New York, Connecticut, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Missouri, Virginia, Vermont, Texas and the District of Columbia.
