      The company is growing exponentially and that means the opportunity to learn and advance. There are a lot of new, interesting, and challenging projects. It is a great time to work for IMA and witness the company expand into a national brand with a very unique mission. IMA appreciates people who truly care about what they do - and employees who can show that engagement are being seen and appreciated.

Proud to celebrate 20 wonderful years with IMA! Grateful for the opportunities to grow, learn, and be part of a team that feels like family. Working with people with disabilities has been deeply rewarding - it's taught me patience, empathy, and the true meaning of teamwork. Here's to continued success and many more years of making a difference together.

      At times, workloads can be demanding- but teamwork makes it manageable. In general, none that take away from the many positives of being part of The IMA Group.
