Proud to celebrate 20 wonderful years with IMA! Grateful for the opportunities to grow, learn, and be part of a team that feels like family. Working with people with disabilities has been deeply rewarding - it's taught me patience, empathy, and the true meaning of teamwork. Cons

At times, workloads can be demanding- but teamwork makes it manageable. In general, none that take away from the many positives of being part of The IMA Group.
