      At times, workloads can be demanding- but teamwork makes it manageable. In general, none that take away from the many positives of being part of The IMA Group.

      Pros

      There is no limit on how many cases you can accept or refuse because it's contract work. It can be a good side hustle for some gas money.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the point of no control over your own cases. Every email, report is reviewed by management, diaries are set by admins based upon their understanding of your documentation. You can receive faxes by way of admin and you can only send faxes by way of admin.
