      Good work environment lots of overtime good management team always offering the opportunity for advancement and move up in your career

      Cons

      None I work a 12 hour shift and is hard to balance work with family especially whe we get the work load

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
