Younger generation. Don't stay over 2 years, for your own sake.

Pros

They will leave you alone, as long as you get the job done. Cafeteria with affordable food options for everyone available all day. Great employee benefits and fun events!

Cons

Horribly ran by old men that do not think women are capable of doing their job. They pretend to care about the younger generation that they hire and pathetically attempt to train them but it ends quickly because they simply don't care (or run out of money) - whatever excuse they like to give. VP's are also convinced they are they only people that can do their jobs as well as they can. High turnover. They seem to hire and fire every week. Sometimes they are feeling nice and will hold off for one or two weeks so you sort of forget about it but it starts back up just as quick. It's not what you know its all who you know. Make friends with the right people and you will figure out how to get what you want. Be careful though because everyone is either family or friends in that building so watch what you say and who you say it to. Also, if you decide to disagree with the owner at any point, you will lose your job. Especially if you are a female.

Pros

Not one thing, I honestly have nothing good to say about this sweat shop print factory, they will work you ragged and then toss you to the curb. I just hope this review saves some people from making a bad choice.

Cons

Managment, work environment, human resources is a joke from start to finish, not educated in the slightest bit on how to handle employee situations, if you are a person of color or any type of minority watch your back, they hire temp workers with no knowledge of criminal history or background, several instances where police were called to remove persons with weapons or fights, these issues became so severe that they hired security instead of just doing background checks to make sure other employees were safe. Cafeteria is disgusting, bathrooms are dirty, if you work here just understand that you are nobody, just a statistic in making a money hungry investment company more money (oak hill) and you can and will be fired no matter the skill and knowledge that you offer for absolutely nothing. Equipment is junk and not taken care of, 1.5 million dollar plus digital presses are maintained by what I believe were the building janitors, this place defines what micro management is. Training is comical, pay is horrible, yearly reviews are also laughable, the company as a whole is laughable, 900,000 plus square feet of the worst life decision you will ever make if you work at imagine, total disregard for your personal life, your well being and dignity. I will lastly add again HUMAN RESOURCES at this company is something I've never seen before beware.

Enough management for a company three times its size.

Pros

Coworkers within departments are generally good to work. The facility and capabilities are impressive. The full service lunchroom is convenient, but not a real healthy choice (although, it beats going out for lunch when it’s 10 below zero).

Cons

No loyalty from management, they are more than happy to let you burn yourself out. Management has no regard for your personal life. Salaried employees are expected to work insane hours; turning that nice yearly wage into a pittance when you figure out how many hours you put in. There is definitely a “golden circle” of employees that seem to move up in the company or change position at the drop of a hat. If you’re not in the circle, you’re just another “cog”.
