      Pros

      I worked in management and there was not any direction. Most of the time upper management would revert back to the old ways or veteran employees. I was brought on as a change agent but have yet been given the opportunity!

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
