      Pros

      OK pay, nice building, lots of equipment and has a working cafeteria.

      Cons

      Production employees are somewhat disengaged. You are there to produce period. No project/improvement teams for production people hardly ever. Equipment is ran hard and not maintained as good as it needs to be throughout all areas of production. If you want to work here, go to work, do your job and keep your mouth shut. You will have a job and you will be their perfect employee.

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
