Nice coworkers but horrible management

Cons

Expect you to work 60 hours a week when they pay you very low salary, they lay off people who have been loyal to the company for 20+ years, always oversell and over promise things but can't deliver

Pros

Great company - solid future

Cons

New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
