Pros
The work isn't hard, and the pay is pretty good comparitively speaking.
Cons
Management has no idea how to retain good employees or hire new ones. There's no effort being made to recruit from local schools, because recruitment staff wants to get all their new employees from schools multiple hours away, just because they're alumni. We're hemmorhaging loyal employees because they're being asked to do the work of 2 or 3 people, and being offered laughably low raises (a couple dollars max) as compensation.
